Terrible mistake i have to pay fo

We hired a water machine from aquazania towards the end of October and the rep had told us we only have to pay R250 for registration fee, NOTHING more and that our first month is free, I receive my bank message to say aquazania had taken R775 off my account, I phone the manager and we only get told after all that, days later of me trying to sort the problem out that we had to pay fees for this and that etc, an to be told sorry they can't help me!!! The rep himself was not helpful. I'm so disgusted and disappointed that my bank has to phone me and tell me my account is in a -R555 and I have to pay that plus an extra fee and the bank wants to close my account and aquazania takes my money with no notice and can't help me. I'm absolutely disgusted and suggest NO ONE should take the risk of being treated like that.
