Unusually BAD Service

Our standing order, with usual delivery was confirmed on Monday (23/09/2013), to be delivered today (Wednesday, 25 Sept 2013), but no delivery. When we called earlier to find out about the delivery, we were told it may be a "system glitch" or it was us that could have changed the order?? There is only one person dealing with Aquazania at our company. On the Aquazania system, it shows confirmation, delivery date and all necessary information for the delivery TODAY, but now we have to wait till next Monday.

I went online (to assist the lady at our company who deals with Aquazania) and was chatting to an online consultant. He responded saying that he was going to speak to the manager and get back to me. I was busy thanking him and to ask the managers name, But, before I could send it and get an answer, he went offline... and then ended the chat. I see that this has happened to someone else before (a previous complaint about Aquazania).

Service has been getting consistently worse and we have endured many issues and bad attitudes prior to this (and have brushed them off). I suggest the next delivery and all costs involved with that order should be free.
