They created a false reasonable expectation by saying that I was going to lose cm's but I did not. I gained. There was a breach of verbal contract in that they said they if I did what was they advised then I would definitely lose cm's. I did what they advised and still I gained cm's. There was very bad service because they left me unattended during the sessions and they neglected to give me all the information to make this as successful as possible and when I asked them about this information they said there would be an extra charge as it was an extra service. Then the last session I attended they burned my skin and they could not explain how why it happened and no apology was given for this at all. I haved liased on Monday 4 November and have advised hereof her response was that she would get back to me by 6 November but has failed to do so. She is avoiding my calls as I called both her mobile and her salon.
