Box resealed and item damage

Ordered a aqua marina deluxe inflatable, after the couriers delivering to the wrong person and I collected it, I opened it in my lounge, followed instructions and began to inflate the front but it did not inflate, after checking the valve and pump I took the floor out only to find that there is a tear that appears to have a sand or mud mark on it, emailed them straight away and with a picture and have not had any reply, the box was resealed with Iwearhouse tape and the plastic strapping was over it indicating that it had been opened before, this is my first and probably last order from them.
