No straight answe

I ordered a pallet of ash 5 on the 01 November. It was supposed to have been delivered on the 04 November.
On the 4th November i am told it was not sent out, i will receive it first thing in the morning. I made numerous calls today and each time i am told, You will get it, it is on the truck".it is now 2:30pm and i am still waiting.
