A frame consisting of a moulding of our babies hand a feet was ordered and paid for in full. The service we recieved was poor including late delivery and no feedback upon numerous calls to find out the progress of the frame. It was said that the frame will take 5 to 8 weeks to arrive. And after wasting money, time and effort and calling through on numerous occassions, the frame was received only after 11 weeks if not more. There was no apologies when recieved and no feedback during the process. People should consider paying the full amount of cash upfront and also consider weather it is worth all the struggle to purchase items from the Perfect Impressions stall in Pavillion.
