Grand Impressions
No feedback or returns on waterproofing project

I got Grand Impressions to waterproof my 3 balconies in Stellenbosch almost two years ago. After 7 months (in the dry season) they started leaking again, Grand Impressions came and touched up the work, and within a month again the balconies started leaking to our house again, just as before Grand Impressions fixed it. I have paid extra for an extra year of warranty, which seems to have no effect.

I am receiving no feedback from them after a lot of phone calls, and emails (which they frequently responded to).
I am not sure if the company is folding or what's going on, and currently have no hope of them returning. A lot of money wasted.
