BILLING ME FOR CANCELLED ACCOUNT - HOLLY

I joined a dating site for a ONE MONTH trial period. I cancelled my account thereafter and I have subsequently been billed each month (3 since then) R115 even though I deleted my account.

I have also emailed them and complained (the woman responsible is HOLLY). She has told me she cannnot track my record through my name or email address. She says I must use a number which will appear on ANY correspondance I have had with them. This woman is too STUPID to realise she is in fact - CORRESPONDING with me! These people are either LYING or they are complete incompetent.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! THEY WILL CONTINUE BILLING YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT..
