Unauthoraized debit orde

I signed up for one monty with a dating sight in August last year... it was on promotion for R86.25. After that month I unsubscribed. I recieved confirmation of my cancellation of subscription. I've just checked my bank statements and seen that for a year now, Global Personals have been deducting R115.00 from my account from September 2012 up to this month August/September 2013. This is unauthorized and! They owe me R1 495.00. And I would like that money refunded!
