MARGIE MALACHI OUR MONEY!!!

We contacted Margie Malachi from Eazzy Sleep Beds in Bellavista on the 3rd of October after seeing a bunk bed advertised on Gumtree. We ordered the bed on the 16th of October. Margie emailed an invoice for R5000 and we gladly paid as it included delivery and set up in Fourways. The delivery did not arrive on the 21st as arranged... She then let us know that we were scheduled for delivery on the 26th of October again NO BED was delivered, my husband drove to Turfontein/Bellavista to investigate the shop, and people outside told him that the people has closed shop... On Tuesday the 29th of October she emailed back to say that she can refund us if we're not willing to wait for our bed, after sending our banking details - we never heard from her again. We went past the shop again, everything inside was still as it's been on the 26th. She ignores our phonecalls, smses and emails... R5000 GONE!
