Between Big Ben and myself we muddled the dates for them to come and clean my carpets ahead of my tenant moving in to our house. When we realised the error, I asked Big Ben of they could squeeze the job in that same day. Somehow they made a plan to come and do the job AFTER all their other runs for that day. Truth be told, they came outside of business hours. They didn't complain and they didn't try to shift the blame, they just did the job. Through it all they remained friendly and helpful. Many a company could take a leaf out of Big Ben's book!!
