On Monday the 28th of Oct 2013 I went for a Gellish French overlay which is supposed to last 2-3 weeks, and it chipped off in the corners that same evening. So I went back the following day, Tuesday 29 Oct, and they soaked it off and did it over which was all good and well. I left a satisfied customer. On the Friday of that week, 1 Nov, the white tips turned completely yellow and dull, so I went back on the Saturday, 2 Nov, and was told to come back the following day. I asked if they would tell a tourist or International customer to come back again "because I'm finishing work at 5pm", but its still 4:40pm. 20 minutes where you could have quickly started and perhaps even be finished just in time to go home. I asked her if its because I work in the mall that I'm receiving lesser service? She kept on telling me to come back tomorrow and when I said that I can't she had a very poor attitude. I don't usually like to complain because I also work in retail and know the feeling. But this was really ridiculous! We work in the V&A Waterfront, our service is supposed to be 100% at all times, no matter if its a beggar or the Queen of England!
