Shocking Customer Service

Came to clean 4 rooms in my Townshouse. The next day I phoned and told them there were still marks that they had made with their dirty shoes and dirty equipment. Never arrived for appointment. When I phoned this lady Brenda she said hold on then she promised to phone me back. On the Thursday I phoned her to ask why she never phoned back. They came on the Friday, cleaned marks. The next day I looked and marks were still there. In one room they never even moved the desk. We told them to move all furniture. Then again on the Monday he did not arrive. When I ;phoned this Brenda woman, she was cross that I dealt with her worker Byron. It is very difficult to deal with the Owners of the Company. They are very rude and completely disinterested. How they manage to run a Company successfully is baffling. David Fisher grabbed the phone from Brenda and shouted in my ear BULLS T. he made me so angry a woman of 64 so i swore back at him. After having paid them we still have marks in various places.
