My sunroof leaked twice, making funny noises

My sunroof which I installed in 20120214 twice leaked, they repaired it, it makes funny noises I have been to there workshop 10 times already its under warrantee the technition said they must replace it as I have video evidence as well now the Operations manager what me to come in again so that she can have a look at it it will be my 11 time. I was told my sunroof would be taken out and a new one installed but now they don't want to.
