Kia Tygerberg About Kia Rio TEC

In 2011 I buy a Sandero from Renault CPT. It is a low quality car that I complained about in the 1st week. Early 2013 I was still complaining to newspapers, radio stations, 3rd degree & other organizations.

In April I get a call from Richard @ Kia Tygerberg & he advises that they are willing to help. They advise that they will settle the Renault & put me in a Rio TEC. I stop the complaints & go for a test drive & sign the OTP in mid-April & up until now the car has still not come. Unfortunately, I cancel the OTP & am getting a i20 which does not bother Richard at all!

Richard's stories were 1) a red Rio TEC or a TEC without a sunroof is near impossible to get 2) if I just kept on waiting it would come 3) at one point that Rio's in general were scarce & all dealers were not getting 4) perhaps I should get a sunroof model (R6000) 4) that people who order sunroof models can get it in a month's time & so the story changed. But Kia on FB advised that dealerships are getting Rio TECs without sunroofs which is confirmed by a dealer. Also they never initiated feedback, I did always!
