My parcel seems lost and no one can help me

My cousin have sent me 2 parcels from London. It did not take more than 2 weeks to reach me. The third parcel he sent me was on the 15th of October. It is now the 31st and according to the tracking number it is not yet in the country (that is also what customer care claims). But Royal mail shows my cousin on the system it has been in Johannesburg from the 17th of October. Seeing as no one can tell me where my parcel is, I am now complaining here. No one wants to help me find my parcel.
