I've have been struggling for the past 4 years now to get this debit order cancelled!! I have to contact you guys to stop billing my account with no response. I have not received anything from your company, thus why the UNAUTHORIZED billing every year? Please reverse the biliing amounts of R199 Ref. Extl Em-5517-1
