In reply to Mostert's response: Unfortunately I find this response to be a as there was no "poor communication" on my side-the customer. Being heavily pregnant I asked all the relevant questions about the safety of the fumigation. Using Flick Pest Control in the past I have never ever needed to empty my cupboards and had maximal success with fish moth elimination. The only reason I didn't use Flick Pest control this time was because Mostert dedicates an entire page on their website to pregnancy safety. How did I encourage any poor communication? Also they about the odour being out the house in 6 hours max post-fumigation. AGAIN was not true. We had to sleep at a hotel that night as the smell was very powerful. How was this "poor communication" on my side? Furthermore their "profuse apology" came in the form of a short email stating "It came to my attention of what happened on Friday. We as a company do not condone this type of behaviour which is totally unacceptable. We apologise sincerely and hope there is a way to fix the damage done. " What specific kind of follow up service is being offered? I PAID for a follow up service for them to come back and close rat traps
