DK Pest Control..Once paid, they dont bother!!!

A couple of months ago I requested them to assist with my huge ant /wasp problem.
As I was a first time customer, I was asked to pay upfront of which I did. The Gentleman Dave went to my house and sprayed very poorly.. When i confronted him, he said he only sprayed where my domestic showed him!!. One can clearly see all the ants all over the front and back garden... he then said he would return, but weekly I contact him, and all he does is disconnect me from the phone.. Highly unprofessional!!
I asked him to pay my moneys back, but he just says he cant do that!!. Dave says don't worry I will contact you by next week, but next week never comes... He also says the weather is not playing a role for him to come around!!. So that means that for 6 months now he has not had an Income???.. I am still willing to have Dave complete the job I paid him for, but his arrogant attitude is inexcusable to say the least... I want him to sort this out and an apology is necessary... Communication has been from my side only!! Date and time is
