Peninsula Pest Control Don't Make Good on Promises

Peninsula Pest Control came and sprayed for fish moths in May, about 3 weeks after they came, the fish moths came back. I called several times and left messages. No one ever bothered to get back to me. Until October when they discovered that I had not paid the bill. I told them that as the job had not been done to my satisfaction I wasn't going to pay. They agreed to respray at my convenience, so in good faith I paid. Having said that they would respray, and having lined it up - I took time off work, and I get paid by the hour!!!), I got a call from them 5 minutes before they were due to arrive notifying me that despite the arrangement made the previous week, and the assurance made in the emails that Peninsula Pest would rectify the issue, I was to be charged for the respray.

I am absolutely disgusted!
Given the YEARS of loyalty Peninsula Pest Control has had from my family as a whole, the countless visits and countless rand value spent by us, I think that to change the goal posts and show so little respect for the long standing customer relationship is shocking!
I am disappointed and outraged!
