Amazing Vouchers
Very Disappointing services!

I got a call from Amazing Vouchers and all sounder great. I agreed and got my Membership number to go onto the Website. When I went in, I was very disappointed, and decided to cancel my Membership - this was all done on the same day, the 18th of November. I was then told that my request was sent to the Cancellations department and should expect feedback shortly.
I never got feedback and called again on the the 20th and spoke to a Grant who guaranteed me that my account was on hold, to be cancelled and no deductions will be made off my account.
I then received a call from a very obnoxious young man who was trying to convince me to stay, and when I didn't want to budge he became very nasty and threw the phone down in my ear.
I then had to call again on the 27th as I realized that they deducted the money off my account for the amounts of R199 and R150. This after I had to continuously call and confirm my membership was cancelled. I then spoke to a Norma, who was just as un-helpful by only telling me that this has to be sent to the Refunds department and they will let me know when it's done. This is terrible service!!! I will never recommend these people to anyone!
