Novice hear stylists hiding behind a bling facade

I got tricked into believing that this company's bling appearance would result in an acceptable level of service. That was my MISTAKE #1. After my hair got butchered to a level I've never experienced before, I thought a company with this image would respond appropriately when I approached them with my complaint. That was my MISTAKE #2. Senior staff ignore you like you don't exist. Finally someone "fixed" my hair resulting in a cut shorter than all my early days army haircuts. The longest strand of hair on my head is less than 1cm long. This is DEFINITELY not what I had in mind. Gent's, beware of this crowd. THEY CANNOT CUT MEN'S HAIR!! After 2 months my hair will need another cut again. Gerald Wells? NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS!!!
