I asked them to cut my daughter's long hair into a bob, longer in front, shorter at the back so that it can't be tied up but still looks the same length when put behind the ears. I also specified that it should be as long as my hair, no shorter than chin length when dry, and that she has very curly hair which must be taken into account. The lady started cutting her hair too short immediately, and then when I said it's too short she just said sorry, she misunderstood. I then reminded her to cut it longer in front, which she didn't do. It's much shorter in front, and both sides aren't the same length. Now the poor child has a terribly uneven bob just above her ears. And I had to pay for it. Worst haircut ever. So, I had to then cut my own hair much shorter because my little girl wanted the same hair as me. With my haircut I had to convince the hairdresser that the one side is noticeably longer than the other. I suggest the hairdresser sits down and have my duaghter cut her hair and see how happy she is. Shocking experience!
