Bad Hair Cut

Hi
Had my hair cut at your Canal Walk store yesterday. I thought that I was happy on leaving the salon with the way my hair had been cut, but am very disappointed to see that exactly what I had told the stylist not to do (that does not work with my hair) had been done! I hate having my hair cut in a way that makes it difficult for me to manage it on my own. Actually just a waste of my money and (and time to grow my hair!)

I would really appreciate a stylist who actually listens to a client and tries to satisfy them.
