Ryobi brush cutter pull starter not retracting

My brush cutter developed a problem with the pull cord not retracting. I bought a new spring pulley and after a few uses it happened again. I bought another pulley but this time it would not work as there was a problem with the housing. James organised another housing with a huge discount and when I collected it I needed a new fuel hose and stopper and a solid blade and was given both for free. Just stoked at the service. Thanks James and staff.
