Bad Service Time and Time Again

I've been to this Post Office four times to check on my purchases coming from overseas. The first time I was assisted by a kind old woman and received the bulk of my packages from :)
Thereafter I would check on the package using the tracking number online and then went to the PO when I found that it was at the branch.
Two out of the last three times I dealt with Nelly. She was extremely rude, blunt and unhelpful (she doesn't even greet back!). She shuffled her feet and handled things without a care. The one other time I dealt with a male (Mandla?) who was also rude and argued with me a lot. When I was still gathering my things, he shoved them to the side and put up his "Use Next Teller" sign before I'd even left!
I am so sick of this branch, the tellers don't care to assist properly and are forever grumpy even as early as 9AM. It's the same every time! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR STOP WORKING THERE!
