SA Post Office
Pathetic service

I went to the post office during my lunch hour. I was there as early as possible. I have no other time to go. I do realize it is extremely busy during that time so I try and be as patient as possible.

I stood in the que for 35 minutes just to get stamps! The que was already out the the door behind me. There were only 2 tellers working and they were taking an obscene amount of time to do things. Eventually after 20 min a third lady (Lerato) came behind the tellers to assists. She took 10 min to get herself ready doing knows what behind the counter before she would assist the clients. I have been to this post office before several times were there managing of time is absolutely PATHETIC. I find this post office a huge inconvenience and there service there is appalling!
