Caae Mail - Useless Service and Rip Off

This is just a complaint as I'm sick and tired of customs stopping my parcels from coming from overseas.

If I have to pay a duty on these items them so be it, but why not send it to my post office nearest to me.

They are only open on Monday to Friday until 16:30 and I am not able to get their in time as I work in Muizenberg.

They say I am able to fax them my tracking number etc and they will forward it to my post office of choice, but their fax machine hasn't been working for the past 2 days and nobody is helpfull on that side.

The lady answered and says to me "oh sorry there is no paper in the machine". I have tried again but still says the number is not answering. I really give up.

WHY DONT YOU JUST SEND PARCELS TO THE PERSONS POST OFFICE AND THEY CAN COLLECT AND PAY THE FEE THERE???
