VPS Offers bad support

Hi There, I have been dealing with VPS for about a year now, maybe a little less, and i would like to say that from the start they have offered shocking support! I have had to nag them constantly to answer tickets. I now have a ticket that has been opened since August, and i have been phoning them for the past few days to ask them to answer it, Still no luck. I have facebooked them, i have phoned them. Yes they offer slightly cheap prices, but are these really worth the hassle when something goes wrong.

My Suggestion stay away from VPS!
