No Answer from 5 Different Call Centre Numbers!!!

My wife and I bought R600.00 worth of pre paid electricity from Pick and Pay in November and only received 239.2 units, but the month before we bought R500.00 and got 500 units with 100 free so I would like to know why there is such a big difference. I was told that Pick and Pay work through Cash Power and that I would have to phone them, which I have no problem with since the lady helping us was very helpful and professional and did her best to try help us out. I have been phoning Cash Power call centre for the past 3 days with no luck finding anyone who will answer their phones! I have emailed also but to no avail. This is absolutely shocking! 3 Days worth of phoning and not one person answers! Please will someone follow up with me so we can resolve this matter because right now I am wasting my time and money trying to get hold of someone to help.
