Bike engine was damaged after complaint

I turned my bike engine in to have it redone as valve hit a hole in piston, it took vivian nearly 4 months to complete the engine but it does not want to start, due to magneto wiring damaged after engine probably fell, she forced me to pay R3915 after my quote for job was R2667 in august, she also forced me to sign a waiver if not she wont return my engine. In this 4 months my silver cdi cover changed to black, a new cam bush dissappeared, she threaten to sue me if i expose her on this site, and the head office refuse to reprimand her as her husband mark work there and told me to off.
