Unable to reach any of the centre's 4 phone lines

Hi There. I have been trying to reach the CapeMail office in Cape Town for 2 days now. None of the numbers they gave me are working 021-5905712/13/15/16. I received a notice from them and need urgently to communicate with them about a parcel.. I cannot get a hold of them. I just moved from overseas and I am a bit disappointed by the lack of professionalism some government services are providing to their customers. In other parts of the world heads would fall as a consequence of poor services.. WE ARE ONLY TALKING ABOUT ANSWERING ONE OF 4 phone lines. not a very technical or challenging task! I am not impressed!
