3 weeks and counting for repairs at panelbeate

I was in an accident and my insurance company sent my car to Car Style Panel-beater in Koedoespoort, Pretoria for repairs in Pretoria on 30 September 2013. When phoning to inquire regarding finalizing repairs new excuses are given each time. "Need new approval from insurance for parts that was not included in 1st assessment; waiting for parts to arrive because parts are difficult to get a hold of (Tata Indica)". The car has advertisement material on, so for each day that it is out of commission, we loose money towards payment of the installment each month. Because the car has been out of action for 3 weeks and counting we will not receive any payment for 2 months. Also when making inquiries, the answer always remains the same, and you are treated unprofessionally.
