NO REFUND???

I purchased Vinyl from Falcon 09/10/2013, I had to signs. I asked the lady at Falcon if i can you it, and she said yes. I used the chrome vinyl on the blue. I purchased 15m SILVER, 10M BLUE AND TISSUE PAPER at R2166 in total. The next day when I started to used it, the chrome made bubbles and was a whole mess!!! and because of that I lost the whole contract. Then on 15th Oct 013 I mailed Justin Ewing, I explained everything, he said they can only refund me on the vinyl that is not used. Did NO EFFORT TO HELP ME. If his SALESPEOPLE, gave me the correct vinyl, I would not have been sitting with this mess!!! Up to today 22/10/2013 I have not heard again from Justin nor anybody else from Falcon in Pinetown. They are absolutely useless!! I purchase a lot from them, and also Falcon in Kempton. With Falcon in Kempton Park I had none of these problems above. Falcon Pinetown never has Colour samples or any of those sort of things. I am disgusted to lose so much money and THEY DON'T CARE!!!
