SABC billing the dead!!!

TV license renewal (106353188) for a deceased person (late Mr JA Venter):
My father passed away on 23 March 2010. The executor notified the SABC. On 2 occasions I've also sent them the death certificate. Every year we receive a Final reminder - It is now for R 494 for a TV license renewal. The account was paid up to date during 2010. This needs to be resolved.
