Billing my account without subscribing

This month i decided to check all my cellc contracts statements and ther was one contract which i didnt use for two months but the amount due was to high and i called Cell C they told me Smartcall have been billing me every month. I do not even know what this smartcall thing is, I have never subcribed to them. Please sort your things out. this is not acceptable, you are from us.
