All i want is to find out, who kidnapped the ladies in the tuk tuk office from their palaces and shoved them to do the work they're clearly not enjoying?
I supported their services right from the beginning and was ok with the services until... the changing and swapping of drivers and call centre ladies! and now it has gone from bad to worse!
Today i decided to try my luck and give them the benefit of the doubt (everyone deserves a second chance, right?) Ya right! I was greeted by a clearly untrained colored lady voice, very fouled-mouthed and not attentive at all... she said some rather unpleasant things to me including telling me that 'i don't know where i am' in a-teacher-to-a-scholar-tone, never gave me a chance to talk as she was rambling on about how i should listen to her! Excuse me! I used my airtime and have a service fee in my hand to hand to the driver and this is what i get! let's not forget that she slammed the phone in my ears! I gathered myself, dialed an alternative number of the tuk-tuk (silly me!) where i was answered by a guy this time (gentleman is not appropriate) who, by the sound of his voice was ready to charge at me should i mention the lady in question!
