I have been doing my hair there even before the named changed, My mother spoiled me by doing a Brizillian Blow, total cost was R1700 with shampoo and all that extra stuff and also with Highlights, After it was done it was looking great except the highlights was not what a wanted, I even showed a picture more blond than brown did not look if there was any blond in, And 2 people was doing my hair at once, one was doing it very nicely and the other was going so fast it felt my hair was being pulled out... The whole day my hair was straight the moment I washed it, it looked the same as everyday not straight at all, I phoned them they said must came in so they can have a look, they washed my hair... the time they got to the blow they took small pieces of my hair pulling it bit by bit with their fingers trying to get it straight, and after all this they said I have a crown in my hair Ok after all of this a emailed the owner and she replied I must make an appointment to go in for a treatment... So Yes very bad services since then I haven't returned nor my family and friends and I will never recommend the place to anyone... And I will keep telling everybody Thank you
