Madelein Johnstone
No feedback on my son's progress for consultation

This psychologist, Madelein Johnstone, has been providing my 2 sons (aged 16 and 13) psychological services for the last 3 years. When I try and contact her for feedback, she doesn't respond, she never gives me any written or telephonic feedback, and she discouraged my sons from being evaluated by another psychologist after we discussed and agreed it would take place. She claims to have my children's best interest at heart, but I think she only benefits her own pocket. My sons are living with their father in the Northern Cape, and I am in Mpumalanga. Travelling for a report is impossible and she doesn't answer my calls, e-mails or reply to my messages.
