Its been 5 months no policy in place

In july 2013 I spoke to the kind and dear mr mlonzi regarding my interest for a funeral policy as well as life cover. I signed stop orders first or second week in august. I advised him I don't want to pay more than 800 for funeral and life cover. My partner and I's bloods we taken and everything in august. I struggled to get to a psychologist due to my post traumatic stress disorder and eventually I got a booking as needed by sanlam. For the past 2 months I have been calling and sms as well as email victor as I wasn't satisfied with the quote he was supposed to get the figures in order to accomodate my pocket. To this day no response now I am sitting with a bill I need to pay as sanlam still hasn't settled the bill even when they told me they will pay for it with the emails I have as proof. I told mr mlonzi my medical aid does not have funds I cannot go see the psychologist and he insisted but nw he doesn't even answer their calls. The life policy had glitches bt why is the funeral also still not in place? I want all this cancelled I did nt know it can take more than 6 months for a policy to be in place and sanlam must pay the doctor asap
