Razel Lodge
Terrible Service

I moved in at the lodge in December 2012 and stayed there for 5 months even though I signed a lease of 6 months. I was kicked out because I had had a get-together with a few friends (Including Maria's 2 sons). One of the tenants had a problem with me for reasons unknown to me and complained that my get-together had under-aged children drinking there. This was not the case, but no investigation was undergone, Maria instead took the word of the elderly tenant and did not even bother to ask me what had happened. Her sons confirmed the elderly tenant's story, fearing they too would be kicked out if they did not about it.

May I also say that I was harassed by the tenant's younger son on several occasions as I am a single female living on my own and he felt the need to invade my space many times, but I said nothing as I did not want any drama.

After I had been given notice to leave via email (in a very unprofessional manner) a couple of days later one of the domestic ladies told me that Maria had told them I don't have to leave anymore and that I could take the email as a warning, after I had already found a new residence.

I would not recommend Razel Lodge to anybody ever again.
