Waiting, waiting, waiting

They towed our car to precision & sons. Every thing went well. On13/02/13 i went to fetch the car, the workshop manager " jenaid " told me that they are still waiting for the towich cover from ford. And then told me that he will let me know in the next week when it arrives then i can just bring the car back and they would just " pop it in. I then phoned them the next week and he told me he was still waiting for the part. We then waited for him to contact me back but nothing. After about 1 months my father went there to go see wats going on. Then they told him Jenaid is not there but they will call him and ask were the thing is. He then told them its in his desk drawer. The receptionist went with my dad and they looked for it but could not find it. My father left and after a few weeks i phoned back they then told me that Jenaid doesn't work there any more. And then put me thru to another manager who then told me that the part was never ordered!!! But he will oder it. Then i had to phone him back and then they told me Jenaid is back so i spoke to him. He said that he will find out from the parts manager and let me know. But nothing! I warned him if no response i would complain
