On the 1 August 2013 i sent a email to our medical aid to say that we require cover under PMB benefits for our sons ezcema. The GP has given us a letter to state that he has extensive dermatitis to the face/atopic ezcema and that there has been no improvement and requires cover to see a specialist. The email has was first forwarded by the medical to the incorrect department and now it is with the correct department but still i have received no feedback or clarity. Our son is in so much discomfort and we have been calling everyday and emailing to get feedback but still we have had no answer. I believe that as our medical aid Horizon should have treated this situation as top priority and given us feedback sooner. I am disgusted and dissapointed in this poor service of HORIZON MEDICAL AID.Today is day 20 and still i have no answer! Melissa Erasmus
