Unauthorised Debit Orde

This company keeps debiting my account even though I am not a member with them and do not make use of their services. I have phoned repeatedly to have the service cancelled and they tell me that it is cancelled so WHY ARE THEY STILL DEBITTING MY ACCOUNT?? This is and I will take legal action if they do not contact me immediately to reverse ALL debit orders.
