DAMAGED SUIT WHEN TAKEN FOR DRYCLEANING

I took my suit for drycleaning at Sparkclean at Rand Ridge Mall. When I collected it and took the plastic off at home I saw that there was a mark on the jacket right in the front. A stiff circle which could be glue. I immediately took it back to them. The staff were most unhelpful and immediately said I brought it in like that, which was definitely not the case. From my experience with drycleaners, the item taken in is always inspected and any stains are marked. I left it with them and when I went back for it, it was still marked and they said there was nothing they could do. I then referred the matter to the owner Robert. He also denied having marked the suit, said there was nothing he could do and had an attitude as bad as his staff. I now have an expensive suit which is useless. Definitely very bad service and bad attitude to customers. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
