FALSE ADVERTISING

Glen Lily is falsely promoted on their Webb site! The place was overall neat, and "housekeeper" friendly, but not even near to what they advertised! It was dark, smelly, the toilet is in the middle of nowhere (which by the way makes no sence at all) the thing supposed to be an extractor fan in the bathroom was making such a noise, which was like something out of a horror movie - DISTURBING!!! The kitchen light was not working at all so we could not prepared food or coffee ar anyhing in the dark!! There was old used kitchen cloths, don't know if they washed the floor or the previous people used it to clean the toilets?? Come on people, geez its aboutt R15 @ PEP, why not replace it after occupants leave??? Wait... there's more... when we w anted to use the fan that was provided (to get some air and not smell mildew the whole time) it made such a noice, we could not use it and all because it was just not put together properly!! Maybe the owners should think about upgrade the place like in their photos and promises on their website
