Threatening Phone Calls and Sms's

The SABC is making use of attorneys that make use of bullying tactics to recover overdue tv license fees according to them.

I have contacted the SABC about 15 to 20 years ago to let them know that my TV was broken and that I no longer have a television. They then asked me to make an affidavit at the SAPS to explain what happened. I did that and they send me some documents I needed to complete and send back to them which I did. I even confirmed that they did receive the documents. I never heard anything from them untill recently when one of the Legal companies they hired to collect the monies, contacted me and started threatening and harassing me with phone calls and sms's.

I'm desperate and don't know what to do!
