UNFAIR BILLING

I booked my wife a ticket to cape town 20 minutes ago. I accidentally typed in my surname, forgetting her id still bears her maiden surname. MANGO airlines want to charge me 200 rands to change a surname. Thats ridiculous considering i am not altering or changing passengers, travel time or id no. i dont think a simple surname change warrants a charge of 200 bucks. I am quite disappointed mango
