Driver shouldn't be on the roads!

I travel on Herman Road every day to get to Barbara Road. This morning at 07:35 your driver in his Toyota Quantum (VBT 487 GP) just casually pulled out of your driveway into Herman Road - without stopping to look first and then drove slowly on top of that after pulling out in front of me - almost causing an accident - which would have been deemed MY fault cause I would have hit the back of the Quantum!!! Then when turning off Barbara road onto R21 to Airport he just casually and slowly (again) turned when light was red. Someone with such a lack of driving skill should NOT be given the job of transporting others. I hope that disciplinary action is taken and that he is sent on proper driver training to correct his obvious lack of basic skills and flouting of traffic laws. This is not the first time I have witnessed his bad driving either, as I use this route to travel to work each day.
