Over charged no refund

I had my photos developed at Digital Eye as usual on checking I found I had doubles triples and some photos had been printed four times. Head were chopped off and red eye left in. On going back I was told it would be rectified. Because of doubles etc I was over charged for 75 photos @ R2. 45 per photo. They refused to refund be saying money would be put on my "digital memory card" I did not want this and simply wanted to be refunded for over charge. Staff at outlet did try and assist however " superiors" ( on phoning them) refused to reimburse be for overcharge! Surely one should be refunded for an overcharge! I have paid for far more photos than I have! To add insult to injury I still have doubles and red eye! Shame on you Digital Eye!
